Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. If you wish to exercise this right, please fill out the form below.

Important information before submission:

- Immediate confirmation: After submitting the form, you will receive a copy via email. This proves that you have notified us of your intention to withdraw in due time.
- Returning the product: Making a declaration of withdrawal is not equivalent to returning the product. You must return the product(s) to our address within another 14 days from sending the declaration: Licon Kft. 2120 Dunakeszi Tavasz u. 62.
- Return cost: In accordance with the legislation, the direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
- If the product is defective or you have a warranty issue, please do not use this form; instead, contact our customer service on the "Defective Product" page.
